brightening antifouling agents

1.Characteristics

1)It can protect the polish tiles from  cement, sand, rubber, tea water, especially  from rubber.

2)Anti-impregnant: It can be washed repeatly by impregnant, alcohol,etc. ,and can't affect its anti- fouling .

2.Applications

It is used on hard surface with fine pores, such as polished tiles, marble, granite,etc.

3. Usage

It is better that the anti-fouling agent is coated onto its surface of the polished tiles by machine.

4.Quantities

It needs about 15~20 grams for a square meter's polished tile. This only for reference.

5. Test methods of anti- fouling

It is suggested that the tests of anti- fouling should be done after the polished tiles coated anti-fouling agent for 24 hours.

1)       Protecting from blue ink: Blue ink is dropped and spreaded on the coated anti-foulingagents polished tiles for 5 minutes, then clear it with water or soda .There must be  no spot on the polish tiles.

2)       Protecting from cement and rubber: Because the tools with rubbers are used in the process of tiling, so anti-fouling agent must especially have the ability of protecting from rubber. The rubber spot can be cleared by solvent or some washing agent.
